13.1 The 3pitt Platform is strictly restricted to persons aged 18 years and above. 3pitt does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 18. Any account identified as belonging to an underage user will be immediately closed, associated personal data will be deleted, and any balance will be forfeited.
