This agreement governs your use of the 3pitt platform. Please read these terms carefully before registering or placing any bets. By accessing 3pitt you confirm that you accept these terms in full.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use 3pitt. Underage accounts are permanently closed and balances forfeited.
Each player may hold only one 3pitt account. Duplicate accounts are a breach of these terms and result in closure of all associated accounts.
All bonuses at 3pitt carry a wagering requirement before withdrawal. Requirements are clearly stated at the point of bonus acceptance.
You are responsible for keeping your 3pitt login credentials secure. The platform must be notified immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
All transactions on 3pitt are processed in Pakistani Rupees. Minimum deposit Rs 200. Withdrawals are processed to the original payment method where possible.
3pitt provides deposit limits, self-exclusion, and session controls. Using these tools is encouraged. The platform supports responsible gaming at all levels.
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 3pitt ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the 3pitt website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform").
1.2 By accessing, registering with, depositing funds into, or otherwise using the 3pitt Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 3pitt Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
1.4 3pitt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register and use the 3pitt Platform. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 18 or older. 3pitt takes its age verification obligations seriously and may request identity documentation at any time to confirm this. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and any balance associated with such account will be forfeited.
2.2 Legal Capacity. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. If you are uncertain whether online gambling is lawful in your location, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register and operate only one (1) 3pitt account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited. 3pitt reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances where multi-accounting is identified.
2.4 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
2.5 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. 3pitt does not provide legal advice on this matter. Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law access the Platform at their own risk and in sole contravention of applicable local law.
3.1 You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 3pitt login credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share these credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 You must notify 3pitt support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any suspected theft of your credentials, or any security breach related to your account. 3pitt cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access that occurs before such notification is received.
3.3 All activity conducted through your 3pitt account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility until such time as you notify 3pitt of any security compromise and the account is secured or suspended.
3.4 3pitt recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication, use strong unique passwords, and avoid accessing their accounts from shared or public devices.
4.1 All transactions on the 3pitt Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to your account balance.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits made via JazzCash or Easypaisa are credited to your 3pitt account within sixty (60) seconds of successful authorisation. Deposits via bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) are processed within the same business day.
4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. 3pitt does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside of 3pitt's control.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are processed within approximately fifteen (15) minutes of request approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day.
4.5 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit. 3pitt reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.6 3pitt reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or outstanding bonus rollover obligations.
4.7 Accepted Payment Methods. 3pitt currently accepts: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. Accepted payment methods may change without prior notice.
5.1 3pitt may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, which are incorporated into these Terms.
5.2 Welcome Bonus. The 3pitt welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. The current offer provides a 100% deposit match up to Rs 50,000. A minimum qualifying deposit of Rs 500 is required. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, or IP address.
5.3 Rollover Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before withdrawal. Standard rollover is set at ten times (10x) the combined deposit and bonus amount. Contribution rates by game type: slots 100%, sports betting 100% (minimum odds 1.50), live casino games 10%. 3pitt reserves the right to modify contribution rates for specific games or promotions.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds not rolled over within thirty (30) calendar days of credit will be removed from the player's account automatically.
5.5 3pitt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and to disqualify any player from a promotion where there is evidence of abuse, multiple account use, or coordinated bonus extraction activity.
5.6 No Bonus Play. Players who prefer to play without bonus funds may decline all bonus offers at the time of deposit. 3pitt supports this choice and will not reapply bonus funds to accounts where the player has opted out.
6.1 All bets placed on the 3pitt Platform are final once confirmed. Players are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and game settings before confirming any wager.
6.2 In the event of a technical failure, server error, or connectivity disruption during a game round or live bet, 3pitt's records constitute the authoritative account of that game's outcome. Winnings or losses will be applied based on these records.
6.3 3pitt offers games sourced from third-party certified software providers. Game rules, RTPs, and specific mechanics are governed by the respective provider's specifications. Players should review individual game information before wagering.
6.4 Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within each game or betting market and are subject to change without prior notice.
6.5 Void Bets. 3pitt reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to pricing errors, data feed failures, or manifest error. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such circumstances.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3pitt Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban:
8.1 3pitt is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides a suite of tools accessible from any registered account to help players manage their gambling activity, including: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
8.2 Deposit limits, once set, cannot be increased for a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours. This cooling-off period is a deliberate design feature intended to prevent impulsive limit increases during gameplay.
8.3 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt. Players who self-exclude may not open a new account during the exclusion period. 3pitt will not market to self-excluded players.
8.4 3pitt strongly encourages any player who feels that gambling is negatively affecting their life, relationships, or finances to use the self-exclusion tool immediately and to seek professional support.

9.1 All content on the 3pitt Platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game content, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of 3pitt or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 3pitt content without express written permission.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3pitt's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 3pitt shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, or special losses; (b) loss of profits or anticipated savings; (c) any losses arising from the player's failure to comply with these Terms; or (d) any losses arising from technical failures outside of 3pitt's reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment provider outages.
10.3 Online gambling involves financial risk. By using the 3pitt Platform, you accept that you may lose funds wagered. 3pitt does not guarantee winnings and makes no representations about expected outcomes.
11.1 3pitt reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via a notice displayed on the Platform or via email to the registered address.
11.2 Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure.
12.1 These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3pitt is licensed and registered.
12.2 In the event of any dispute between you and 3pitt, you agree to first attempt resolution through the 3pitt customer support team via live chat or email. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, 3pitt will engage in good-faith mediation before any escalation to formal proceedings.
12.3 Players are responsible for compliance with their own local laws. 3pitt accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's non-compliance with applicable local regulations.
